Seismic performance of post - fire building (case study: Pasar Wage, Banyumas)

On September 21, 2020, the Pasar Wage Building of Kabupaten Banyumas was hit by a fire causing spalling concrete and thus exposing steel reinforcement. This damage can affect performance safety building. For this reason, an evaluation is needed to determine post-fire structure propose necessary repair retrofitting. Investigation testing in field were carried out study as primary data for seismic analysis. Static pushover analysis provide information about structure's collapse using states FEMA P-58 criteria. The then presented with fragility curve illustrate probability building damage. results show that maximum base shear value 3033 kN displacement 0.063 m. At target 0.027 m, 2618 kN. structural within category extensive 77% if earthquake at Design Basic Eartquake (DBE) level strike becomes 50% complete Maximum Considered Earthquake (MCE) level.
